My first contact with V Management was from stumbling across their website – and I’m so glad I did.  My daughter Jade is 12 and is interested in acting and photographic work.  I had contacted several other agencies but the only way they were prepared to meet us was if we pay for the interview and then also pay a hefty amount to the photographer on the same day.  That seemed strange to me – they wanted to represent her without even meeting her.  V Management, from the beginning, made it very easy for us.  They were happy to organise an interview with both myself and Jade where we were given all the costs involved and the information we needed.  They also got to decide if Jade was somebody they would like to represent (as opposed to accepting anybody that was prepared to pay the money).  It was such an easy decision for us to join and the subsequent screen test has already been a great experience.  Kendall is informative and friendly and made Jade feel comfortable from the beginning.  I also really like that they are Queensland based and are happy to continue meeting with Jade on a regular basis so we can stay updated with what is happening in the industry.  First step, V Management….. last step, ?
