Terms and conditions:

Model Rates:
All rates for models are quoted when booking is made. All lingerie, sleepwear and men’s underwear is charged at double the normal rate. Rehearsals, fittings, make-up and hair calls: charged per hour.
​
TV Rates:
All rates for commercials and broadcasts are quoted per job when booking is made: additional fees for usage are to be negotiated per job; Loadings apply for billboards, Posters, Display Cards, Internet, Press and any point of sale advertising.

Feature Films, Television Series, Movie of the week, Documentaries, Corporate Videos and all film and television related performances:

Actors:
As per the actors & feature film agreement as specified by the MEAA
Extras (Background- Featured), Body and picture double/stand in: As per the awards and agreements for performers manual.
Over- time rates apply when a job extends over the booked call time. Rates are negotiated per job.

Travel and Meals:
A travel allowance is charged if the talent is required to travel more than 100km to the job. Travel over 100km must be paid/ provided by the client. If the talent is required to be away for a job, a per diem is to be paid per day to cover all meals.
​
Holds:
Must be confirmed or released 24 hours prior to booking.
​
Cancellations:
All confirmed bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours of the job are charged at 75% if talent are cancelled while in transit or at location a cancellation fee of 100% applies.
​
Weather Conditions:
Postponements due to weather conditions are as follows:
First postponements incur no fee. Second postponements- 25% of the fee applies.
This postponements- 50% of the fee applies. Full fee applies on further postponements, or if the talents is not re booked or is cancelled on arrival.

Payment:
Clause 13 of the actors and commercial broadcaster’s states: All monies payable to a casual employee must be paid weekly on a day to be nominated by the employee concerned.

Complaints:
Faye Rolph acts solely for, and on behalf of our actors, Models, Extras and promotional talent: While every effort is made to ensure that talent are prompt and behave in a professional manner, we cannot be held responsible for a talent unbecoming conduct. Complaints cannot be considered in retrospect any cause for complaints should be reported to Faye Rolph as it arises.
